Out There n Back 4×4 Parts & Accessories will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 14-days of purchase for a refund or exchange* (excluding freight charges and/or eBay fees) Any goods returned for credit must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.
Please contact us in the event that you’re not satisfied with your purchase or service we have provided as we’re more than happy to work with you to ensure a positive experience.
It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that all components as supplied are correct in respect to configuration in comparison to the item being replaced, not altered from the original manufacturer’s dimensions and/or damaged prior to fitment.
We can’t accept anything that has been installed (yes, unsuccessful attempts do count), disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted, or modified in any way, so please make sure to check and double check the fit before starting any work.
All returns are subject to inspection by Out There n Back 4×4 Parts & Accessories and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any return.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
