The UHF mic bracket for the PX2 and PX3 Ford Ranger, Raptor, and Everest provides a fixed, secure mounting solution with a Magnetic GME UHF Holder. This bracket is built for right hand drive vehicles and fits neatly on the passenger side of the touch screen.
It uses an existing dash bolt to securely store your UHF Mic hand piece, creating a strong install in a very convenient location. Your microphone stays within easy reach at all times. No drilling into the dash is required for the main mount point.
Tools required: 1) Trim removal tool. 2) 7mm Socket and ratchet. 3) Dremel or multitool. Installation is straightforward and can be completed at home. Follow the included instructions carefully for best results.
Material - Structural Steel painted in black textured powder coat. This ensures a durable, long-lasting finish. The bracket is built to handle the demands of off-road and daily driving conditions.
The bracket comes pre-assembled with the MB207 GME Magnetic Hand Piece Holder. All you do is fit the bracket to your dash and change the microphone bollard that is supplied. The new bollard works perfectly with the magnetic holder. No additional hardware is needed.
This mount has been carefully designed to sit away from the passenger airbag zone. Safety is the top priority. Always follow the safety guidelines provided in the instruction sheet.
This product will require you to remove a small amount of plastic from inside your vent. You can use a dremel, multitool or even a sharp stanley knife.
Only use this mount on the passenger side of the touch screen in a right hand drive vehicle. The bracket has been designed so that it is away from the passenger airbag. Under no circumstances should a phone or any other device, other than a UHF Mic, be installed on this bracket as it could interfere with the airbag.
